These terms govern your use of Kando — the web app at app.kando.au, the iOS and Android apps, and the BCNSW eCert integration. Reading them is the boring part. The short version: don't break the law, don't break our systems, and we won't break yours.
The full terms cover account responsibilities, payment, data ownership (yours), audit logs (also yours), uptime, termination, and dispute resolution under NSW law. They'll be plain English, not lawyer English. We'll mark every change in a changelog at the top.
We're publishing the final version before sign-ups open in July 2026. If you're reviewing terms ahead of a procurement decision, we can send a current draft.
