- How does the 7-day trial work?
- Pick Solo or Team and you get 7 days free — no credit card up front. The app runs in full the whole time. Before the trial ends you add a card to keep going; if you don't, you drop back to Free, never blocked or charged by surprise.
- What's free, exactly?
- Five lodged certificates a month, one licence. Rejections and drafts never count — only a lodged cert burns a credit. Hit the cap and you upgrade to keep lodging.
- What's the difference between Solo and Team?
- Solo is $10 a month: one electrician, unlimited certificates. Team is $100 a month: multiple electricians under one org, each verifying their own NSW licence, sharing one certificate book.
- What happens to my paper CCEW book?
- From 1 July 2026 NSW Fair Trading no longer accepts paper certificates. Kando lodges digitally to BCNSW eCert in your name.
- Do I need to set anything up?
- Just your licence number and ABN. Optional: connect Xero. About 4 minutes start to finish.
