Three sentences. We collect what we need to lodge your certificates and nothing else. We don't sell data. We don't share it with anyone you haven't already agreed to share it with.
What gets shared, and with who
Your electrical licence number, for verification.
Job site address, work performed, test results, your signature.
Customer name, contact details, invoice line items.
Your email, your hashed password, audit log of your lodgements.
Data stays in Australia — AWS Sydney region. We back up daily, keep backups for 30 days, and shred them after that.
You own your data. Export everything as JSON or CSV from your account at any time. Delete your account and we wipe everything within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep the audit trail (NSW compliance records: 7 years).
