Xero and Kando: your invoice and your CCEW in one flow

You already invoice the work. The customer, the site, the job reference — it's all in Xero. Kando reads it (read-only, invoices only) so the compliance certificate starts half-filled instead of blank.

From invoice to certificate

Connect Xero once. Your recent sales invoices show up as jobs — labelled with the invoice's own reference, like "Surf Circle Rough In Progress", so you recognise the job at a glance. Start a certificate from one and the customer name, email, phone and site address come straight off the contact. You fill in the electrical detail; the admin's done.

Read-only, by design

Kando only ever reads your Xero invoices and contacts — it never writes invoices or touches your books. The single scope it asks for is the one it needs to save you re-typing. Your accounting stays exactly as it is.

One job, one trail

When the certificate is lodged, the loop closes: the invoice that started the job and the CCEW that finished it are linked by the same reference. If a customer or an auditor ever asks, the paper trail is one search, not a shoebox.
